* Hit submit early. Give yourself time in case something glitches or you need to upload one more document.

* Do a quick clarity check. Make sure your project clearly answers: What are you doing, who does it serve, and what’s the impact?

* Attach everything required. Missing documents are one of the easiest ways to get tripped up at the finish line.
