As a student, you will complete a profile with your college credentials including transcript, GPA, clubs, organizations, leadership positions, as well as any employment or internship experiences. You can include additional details like a Myers-Briggs Personality Profile, recommendations, and more. Planned features include the ability to describe what type of company you would like to work for, size, advancement opportunities, and whether you’re willing to move, and (if you like) salary requirements. As an Employer, you will complete a company profile and a job profile. In addition to listing details about the specific position, you will be able to describe what you would consider to be an ideal candidate for each position. How important is a GPA, how much do you value extracurricular experiences, or work history and more. Unique to CollegeFrog is our ‘What Now Scenario Question’™. Similar to a pertinent question you might ask during a personal interview, you can select from preset scenarios or describe your own business situation and then ask how the candidate would respond. They have a timed response that you can then review against other candidates. This tool provides an insight into the critical thinking and problem solving skills the candidate may possess.
