Our Story
Haunt Scheduler is a web-based haunters tool that allows you (the owner/manager/operator) to better manage those monsters. Haunt Scheduler allows you to collect online registrations so you can then create your schedule (including Attractions, Rooms, and Positions) plus smarter ways to communicate with your haunt personnel. It includes time tracking, reporting, costume, and makeup modules along with tons of automation and customization features.
We know your pain. The lost papers, messy spreadsheets, the white-boards, the constant calls and text messages on your personal phone. We’ve been there. Which is why Matthew created Haunt Scheduler in 2009 in order to better manage the personnel at the Dungeon of Darkness in Pekin, Illinois.
