My dad and I gave my storefront a little makeover with some decorative tile, and I love how it turned out!

I also chose a different tile to separate the entrance between my store and Taste of Toledo next door. Hopefully it’ll help make it a little more obvious which business is which and cut down on people accidentally walking into the wrong store.

I’m so grateful for my dad. He can build, fix, or create just about anything. I couldn’t have done it without him. ❤️ He not only helped transform my storefront, but he also made me this beautiful new and improved chalkboard sign for my birthday.

For all of you who have visited my shop and enjoyed chatting with Jen my sister who works at Alice-Louise Press we are heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of her husband Justin Clark, 51.

Justin was a devoted husband to Jennifer, and a loving father to Stella and Tucker. He was known for his patient, kind heart, steady presence, and the quiet way he showed up for the people he cared about. He was a true friend to many and left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

We are raising funds to help support her family during this incredibly difficult time and to help with unexpected expenses. At this time, no service details are available—those will be shared later.

It has been 20 years ago today that I started my journey with the love of letterpress. Picking up my first press out in New Jersey and from that moment on losing a lot of sleep and skipping a lot of meals just to learn all that I can about a craft I absolutely love. My sister rescued my very first printing apron I had thrown out it one of my cleaning frenzies and framed it for me as a surprise so we can have it hanging up in the shop. It’s so beat to s**t it looks like it’s from the 1800’s, I love it! ❤️ Thank you
