Theatre productions don’t succeed by accident. They require coordination, communication, timing, and someone making sure the entire cast is moving in the same direction.
As one of our Service Coordinators, Kirsten plays that role for Common Angle every day. She helps keep the action moving, supports the team behind the scenes, and ensures the show goes on no matter what challenges arise.
The difference is that most people in that role prefer to stay backstage.
Kirsten has enough energy, enthusiasm, and personality to be backstage, center stage, and somehow still cheering on from the audience all at the same time.
Her positivity is contagious, her cheerfulness is genuine, and she makes our team better simply by being herself.
