traveling around Florida my second pick up of the trip is this

10/23/2026

I was on my way to see CAKE in Fort Myers, Florida when I made a stop at Backyard guitars in Homosassa Florida.

While there, I met the owner Derek (great name) and we go to talking about my adventures as a guitar Hunter New to the scene. After explaining to him my extensive collection that I've created in 9 months, I asked Derek if he wanted it to see dead red who I happen to have on this adventure.

He said of course I'd love to see your guitar.

So I whipped out dead red and he instantly fell in love with her and her story.

After our conversation he asked me if dead red was for sale or trade, I asked what he was offering.

This beautiful 2026 Gibson custom shop hummingbird long scale is what he offered me. New

Thought about it for all of 2-3 minutes and we made it agreement.

Could not be happier. This thing is super sick

Now you might say and you gave up a les Paul for an acoustic.

Just know I have now 12 Les Paul's and I still have my day of birth Gibson Les Paul customs that I just picked up from the tone shop.
