Hi all!

I know I’ve been silent on the social media front for my business. I’m fortunate to have been VERY busy with client work that I’m excited to share out (eventually).

I wanted to say a big “thank you” to everyone I have worked with over the years ❤️ Due to some schedule shifts in my life and a realization I need some downtime to be a human being and mom, I am currently not accepting any *new* clients for the foreseeable future.

Too much work is a wonderful problem to have, and I appreciate the support and collaboration since 2012! I’m not closing up shop, just pausing on scaling.

And just a note - if you’re burning the candle at both ends, eventually there’s nothing left but an explosion that manifests as a sprained ankle, sinus infection, and horrific stomach bug within a week.

Stay healthy and emotionally balanced my friends!

Last share from this project... of course I found a mock up that was light and airy and opted to make it dark and moody. It’s been non-stop raining here, so maybe that’s my current state of mind.

Hope you enjoy the packaging design 👍

I recently completed a logo for a client, and this concept wasn't one we moved forward with. But, I just love it – so I took some time to put a couple designs together as a personal project. Personal projects are always good for the soul :)

I've included the primary logo as well as the full logo suite to give the brand more versatility.

Another coloring page I'm excited to share out with you! This is Dr. Junfei Xie who is a faculty member at San Diego State University. She wanted to include her cat on her coloring page, so I created this playful pattern for the background.
As this project comes to a close, it's fun to look at the collection of coloring pages and hope that young girls enjoy them and feel inspired to let their minds soar with possibilities. Sometimes it all starts with a cute cat pattern ;)

I'm excited to share this project that I have been working on for the last several months!
I was asked by the San Diego State University Women Engineering group – to create a collection of coloring pages that feature the faculty and staff. The goal of this project is to reach girls in middle + high school and introduce them to the possibilities in STEM careers.
We are creating coloring pages as well as full-color posters (and potentially some other fun items) to help inspire young women. I am very honored to be a part of this project + mission and would love for you to share these coloring pages with the next generation of female engineers.
This first one features Michelle Bunn, who I went to both High School and SDSU with :)

I have been slow to share project updates as the biggest project of all lately has been having our home built from the ground up, and then making it feel like home. But I have been working on some really great projects with wonderful clients!
This is a logo that was recently completed for Jill. She's a culinary writer and she puts her heart + soul into sharing delicious food and fun places with readers. She's worked for some big names in Las Vegas and was looking to grow her brand and expand her reach in Texas.
For her logo, I created an element that combined a fork + pencil. I wanted her name to look like a signature because every piece of writing she does is created with care and her personal touch. And finally, I wanted to create some movement with the fork/pencil making a line under her name.
We also created a website for her, and I will share some images from that later. I'm thrilled for Jill and wish her all the success as restaurants start to open back up and need to increase their presence!
