I had a lot of fun designing this website for I am absolutely in love with this color scheme!

This one did have its challenges, moving a site over can be difficult but that's one of the things I love about building websites, it constantly pushes me to adapt and think quickly.

Brittanie is using this site as a blog to write about her unique experiences, she is being so open and authentic about her life, she has been inspiring me to open up a bit more.

Ivory Media is now in Year 5 of Buisness!

🥳 I've learned and grown so much over these past 4 years. I love connecting with small business owners, I've been able to help with so many projects, most pushing me to try something new.

Creating logos, websites, graphics, y'all really push me to be more creative and think differently.

But, the thing I love most about my business is my clients.

I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, it means the world to me that you've trusted me all these years.

My Favorite Non-fiction book that I've read this year!

We negotiate or persuade dozens of times a day not just as a business owner but with our our spouses or children.

But How?? With Tactical empathy and mirroring: This is active listening, balancing the subtle behaviors of emotional intelligence and the assertive skills of influence, to gain access to the mind of another person.

I Finished it in 2 days. The book’s full of life-and-death hostage negotiations, and he writes it in a way that's easy to understand and fun to read!

Where is your energy going?!

WINNING REQUIRES ENERGY!

Most people WASTE a ton of their PRECIOUS energy on BS

Wasted on DRAMA, GOSSIP, COMPARISON, WORRY, OBSESSION ON WHAT OTHERS THINK

It’s killing your future, because its ROBBING your present by DEPLETING your energy

It's serious and you need to stop doing it NOW

You have a finite amount of energy

Think of it like Currency 💴…
Stop spending it foolishly and wasting it on fools

Lastly,
AVOID people who steal your energy!

You know exactly who I’m talking about…

When you just read that sentence… You thought of somebody who steals your energy from you and drains you

Who are they?

Avoid that person that popped in your head. If you can’t avoid them literally, then only deal with them with an awareness and intentionally so you do not let them drain your energy when they try
