Recon tools are usually built for the sales side to get cars to the frontline, fast. And service and sales almost always butt heads over recon: who controls the queue, how fast it moves, who’s accountable for the holdup.

So this one means even more coming from Jesse, a service manager at a Kia store. He and his team use Cartuul to move used-car work through every step.
