Previously, he served as Pennsylvania‘s 33rd Lieutenant, governor, President of the Senate and four term senator. He served as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General office from 2007 to 2015. He created the first veterans task force in Pennsylvania. Stack is a trustee on the Board of City Trusts which oversees a $1 billion investment fund at Girard College. He sits on the advisory board of Wills Eye Hospital. He is also a practicing attorney, He holds a Juris Doctorate from Villanova university school of law and a BA in history from LaSalle university

The program utilizes state of the art technology, advanced telemetric equipment and custom designed assessments to provide effective, remote patient care.
