Customer Education (Free!) The rates we offer are extremely low to conventional stores because I work from home and can avoid having to pay rent for a brick and mortar location. I complete repairs by scheduling a time to pick up your co
mputer. Locations vary but usually I meet at Wal-Mart or Deals in Philadelphia. After pickup I promptly begin the repair process and can typically have the computer back in your hands within 48 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances or I have to order parts. Payment is required when the device is picked up. Payment for parts is required at time of computer drop off. Notes: We are not responsible for data loss as a result of not advising the technician of data you need to be recovered. If data is not requested to be recovered, it will not be recovered. Warranty:

Disclosure:
I. You agree to allow Walker Computer Repairs to fix your device (device including but not limited to Desktop Computers, Laptop Computers, Tablets, Cell Phones and any other serviceable electronic device.) We advise customers of possible issues and resolutions and complete the repairs to the highest quality of service; however, at times specific results cannot be guaranteed. You agree to allow us to contact you through text, phone call, or voice mail through the phone number supplied. III. You agree to allow Walker Computer Repairs to install any required software to complete the repair. IV. The length of time a repair may take can never be accurately predicted. All repairs are first come first serve and started/completed promptly after receipt of device. Walker Computer Repairs is not responsible for any lost data on the customers’ equipment. Data integrity is of huge importance to us; however, it is the customers’ responsibility to make consistent backups of their data. VI. Once a repair is completed the customer has 30 days to schedule a pickup or the device will become property of Walker Computer Repairs. VII. Virus removals include a 48 hour warranty to allow the user to test the system. Hardware replacement has a 30 day warranty. VIII. If a password is on the device you must supply the password in the section above. If no password is supplied and one is required to access the device you agree to allow Walker Computer Repairs to remove the password and a 5 dollar surcharge will be added onto your final repair total.
