What a blast! We've had such fun, but sadly, we've got to run. The day has come to say goodbye, and so now we must fly. While we know you might feel sad, we won't forget the times we've had. What did one snowman say to the other snowman? Can you smell carrots? Hehe! All joking aside, it's is time to share the last two NPRM proposed changes by the U.S. Department of Transportation that we have for you:

Rule 5: Timely Processing of Certification Applications – If your organization processes certifications, you'll be lacking relaxation! Is your program ready to manage this complex process with stricter deadlines?

Rule 6: Unified Certification Program – UCP Partners, does your state have the necessary resources to build directory enhancements that will likely be required to display additional information about DBE/ACDBE firms? This could get complicated. More complicated than wrapping a present when you can't find the tape!

We also would like to share the next two NPRM proposed changes by the U.S. Department of Transportation:

Rule 3: Bidders List – Does your organization have the elf power or software to efficiently obtain and enter bidders list data into a centralized database?

Rule 4: ACDBE Small Business Program – Will your organization be ready for the additional work required to manage and report on this new program? Gum drops don't provide enough energy to tackle this one! Trust us!

Rule 1: Prompt payment and Retainage – Do you have the elves, staff, or software to monitor the proposed prompt payment and retainage compliance revisions? You’ll need it.

Rule 2: Uniform Report – Already known as time-consuming and complex, will your organization be prepared to collect and track this new required data? They may need lots of cookies and milk for energy!
