Job description:
As a Business Analyst in the Energy & Utilities industry, you will act as a critical link between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of impactful projects in the Energy & Utilities domain.
Gather and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, and user stories.
Analyze and map Business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with IT teams to design technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Work with different departments across the company on time sensitive Energy data analysis that help summarize the business’s goals, initiatives, customer performance, etc.
Ensure solution alignment with different stakeholders
Contribute to project success by participating in testing and validation activities.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in the Energy & Utilities industry.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn complex raw data into a useful summary
Experience with Data Analytics, SQL, MS Access, PowerBI
Proficiency with business analysis techniques and tools such as UML or BPMN.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of Energy & Utilities IT Systems, Clean Energy and Energy efficiency programs
