Kai, founder of Habituel, started his business because he had a health condition that meant he couldn't drink caffeine – and nothing on the market solved his problem. From his kitchen, he developed a coffee alternative formulated from Lion's Mane, Chaga, and Turkey Tail mushrooms and other active ingredients. The result? A nourishing, healthy morning brew.
