residential portfolio of single- and multi-family rentals in the Midwest (Indiana, Illinois, Ohio) United States, which will be expanded with new funds from token issuance. We issue an STO (Security token offering) / Asset-backed-token with dividends from real estate, using Ethereum blockchain (ERC-20) and also tradeable on decentralized exchanges like Uniswap. Our dividend distributions are designed to keep increasing based on our strategies.
