Join the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council for our third annual Pickleball Outing! This year, we will be hosting the event at Pickle Place in Plymouth Meeting with all indoor courts. Thursday, August 13, 2026,
1:30 PM - 7:00 PM

The outing will include a 60 minute clinic with a pro, followed by a round robin tournament. Immediately following the Pickleball Outing, participants will enjoy a casual reception with a taco bar, beer and wine.

Picklers are welcome to bring their own paddles. If you do not have your own, paddles will be provided by Pickle Place. Changing facilities are also available for those who need it.

Attention Association of Corporate Counsel - Western PA chapter members:
Are you interested in sharing and learning how AI resources, such as CoPilot and Claude, can improve and enhance the legal services that we provide to our business and operations leaders?

To help accelerate the AI learning curve, we are hosting a series of AI roundtables to share and exchange knowledge on how best to use and leverage the AI tools that are available to you. During these sessions we will share information on how in-house counsel are using AI tools, prompt engineering tips, when and how to create an agent, and use cases.
The AI roundtables are open only to ACC Western PA Chapter members. The roundtables will be in person and are limited to 20 participants. CLE is not offered for this session.

Partners Paul DeCamp and Kathleen Barrett, who in 2024 persuaded the Fifth Circuit to invalidate a Department of Labor regulation, will address the latest in the standards courts apply when considering FLSA collective actions, the evolving law of personal jurisdiction for nationwide FLSA cases, and the emergence of arbitration agreements as an important risk mitigation measure. They will also cover federal wage and hour enforcement priorities in the second Trump administration.
