We received these 3 iPads from a client who had gone to a local shop a couple of months ago. For integrity purposes we won't disclose their name, but we found missing screws and a very poorly done job on each device. Our client further lamented the customer service... we believe you deserve better service, and your devices better treatment. Let us take care of you! Our client was hopeless at drop off , we can't wait to see her delight at pickup!

To all iPhone and iPad users:

We recommend not updating your Apple device(s) to the current iOS software update that was released earlier today, December 2nd 2017, as it has been known to cause soft resets (endless reboots) on numerous devices, thereby keeping Apple's tech support lines pretty busy.

It is also noteworthy to mention that Apple has not yet released a comment on the matter, nor has the company released an update to fix the issue.

So, if you see a software update notification for iOS 11.2 on your device, simply cancel it until further notice.

If you have already done so and are experiencing those issues, there is a little work around to alleviate the side effects caused by the update. Contact us here on our Facebook platform for a walk through on how to apply the temporary patch up
