SKYNET COMMUNICATIONS – STORM UPDATE

Due to the severe storms moving through our area, widespread power outages are currently affecting many homes and businesses.

Our core network remains online and operational, and the majority of Skynet customers who have electricity should still have internet service.

At this time, service interruptions are primarily affecting:
• Customers who are currently without electricity
• Customers in the Pikeville Commons area due to the power outage

Once electricity is restored to the affected areas, internet service should return automatically.

Our network is up, and we will continue monitoring everything throughout the storm.
