Service outage update
EMC is working to replace two poles on NC 124 and US 258. Once they complete we will replace our trunk line to the Crisp area since it will not be safe for our crews to string new lines in the dark at that very busy intersection, they will be on hold til tomorrow morning. We estimate full restoration by 11:30 am Friday April 10th.
We will post additional updates as we get them.

Service outage alert.
A truck has damaged a pole and a main trunk line feeding most of Crisp on the corner of us 258 and nc 124. Areas affected are nc 124, us 258, Carr farm rd. Stallings rd. Eagles rd, and branch farm rd. We will make repairs after edgecombe martin has replaced the pole. There is no estimate of restoration time right now. We will update this notice as work progresses.
If you are in this area there is no need to report you service issue as all lines will be tested upon restoration.

Locality networks is pleased to announce further expansion of our Network. The following streets can now get our super fast Fiber Internet. Silent night hill rd from Davistown Mercer to Mckendree Church, Mckendree church rd from tall oaks to Stable road, all of Stable road, Tall oaks road from Mckendree church to Old County home road (for customers with Edgecombe Martin Electric service. We should be releasing orders in fox hollow by May 1st. More expansions to come!

Service update: splicing has been completed on the damage along mekendree church rd Tarboro and all services have been restored. We are closing this outage. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this damage repair!

Service update: the outage on us 258 and side roads has been cleared. All services should be restored. If you are having issues with your service please call tech support 877-994-3810 and we will deal with the issue individually. We are closing this outage.

Service alert: mckendree church restoration ETA tomorrow morning 10am

US 258 area much of the area has been restored approximately 75 customers were affected. Currently 21 customers are still down. We unfortunately need to pull the crew for tonight as it is too dark and dangerous to continue working on the side of these unlit roadways.
We will be back on the outage after sunrise.
We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Though tech support is normally closed on Sundays we will open tomorrow until the situation is repaired

Service alert update: mckendree church road. Cable damaged by car and knocked down tree has been replaced and is ready for splicing.

Davistowne Mercer/258 from Cyprus’s creek to cotton valley and other side roads off of 258.
The crew has found one damage which restored some customers and others in Cyprus’s creek area are bouncing (coming up and going back down) we believe there is another damage that the crew is still working to locate. More updates as they become available.
