One of Kapp’s strongest assets is our President and Operations Manager, Frank LaMantia. Frank has been with us for 22 years. His computer and phone expertise is of a very high caliber. Frank is one major reason why Kapp has maintained a 97% level of customer satisfaction over a very long period of time. Kapp is a debt free company. We own our 16,000 square foot headquarters, 6 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh on Route 65 and we always maintain a $600,000 backup inventory for major disasters and outages.
