Here at Rework we believe in a simplified home buying experience. We host a platform that allows a seller and a buyer to interact without the typical middle steps. Thus, allowing them to negotiate and close 100% online. We aid in posting all the documents, negotiation, and online closings. We help you through all the necessary steps and documents that go along along with the home buying process. The fees are only 3% compared to others.

We founded Re-work upon the premise that sales, especially in the real estate world are prone to negotiation tactics that are completed through humans. This can open the door to price hikes and simply overpaying for the transaction of a home. Our platform allows you to do everything that you can with a real estate agent but now it is all automated through our site. We offer a site to view the property, communicate with the owner, make official offers, and we provide all closing details we even connect the buyer with an experienced brokerage to get pre-approved and setup for the buying process. We are a technology company, not a realty company, we believe home buying should be easy and affordable.
