KAREN KENDALL is a passionate advocate for helping people understand and efficiently use technology. Her small business, East End Tech Concierge, is founded on the principle of changing the dynamic of technology assistance to make it accessible and non-threatening - resolving real world issues quickly and painlessly.

Karen is a natural educator and enthusiastic teacher who genuinely enjoys helping others. She engages her clients ‘where they live’ – identifying their needs and either helping them to learn and grow in their understanding of technology, or magically making their technology related issues disappear, depending on their preference. Karen has a gentle hand, and her down-to-earth demeanor gives her an ability to work with people in a way that is both empathetic and respectful. She enjoys a challenge, loves to problem solve, and thrives on finding workable solutions to difficult problems. Her innate ability to look at things from different angles is perfect for troubleshooting the many facets of technology.

Karen is currently WBN Chair of Pittsburgh City East and also serves on the Marketing and Social Media committee of the National Aging in Place Pittsburgh Chapter. She and her family reside in Squirrel Hill, where she spends her off time, traveling, gardening, or heading on an adventure with her daughter.
