Squary AI

Squary AI Workflow-Driven AI for Legal and Regulated Industries Secure. Auditable. Simple by design. Effortless to adopt.

Squary AI is one secure platform where your firm’s case documents, pleadings, transcripts, medical records, spreadsheets, and audio all come together seamlessly integrated into your workflows to deliver clear, source-linked legal answers. Built around the workflows that drive modern law firms, legal departments, and regulated industries, Squary AI connects naturally with case materials, document s

ystems, and review processes. Whether attorneys are reviewing complex contracts, analyzing evidence, preparing for depositions, drafting motions, or compiling compliance reports, the platform adapts to each unique workflow, making AI feel like a natural part of daily legal work, not an added step. Behind each workflow are specialized AI agents that coordinate tasks from clause extraction and chronology generation to drafting summaries, all while syncing securely with your firm’s existing DMS like iManage, SharePoint, or NetDocuments. In 2025, Squary AI evolved into a dedicated Legal AI platform, built entirely around one mission to make legal review, preparation, and analysis effortless, auditable, and workflow-first. What began as an AI platform for data-heavy industries is now focused solely on transforming how law firms, legal teams, and compliance-driven organizations handle case work at scale. Common Legal Workflows Supported:
Personal injury, medical injury, contract review, litigation, compliance, real estate, employment, and IP agreements. From generating deposition questions and summaries to building timelines, comparing clauses, and surfacing key facts — Squary AI accelerates every stage of legal work with precision and traceability. Squary AI Legal - built around how attorneys already work. Advance every case with speed, confidence, and clarity!

It's going to be a big week for Squary AI in Pittsburgh.

On September 16, we're closing out Pittsburgh Tech Week at Robotics & AI Discovery Day, a free, public event at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center with 10,000+ attendees and 250+ exhibitors across the robotics, automation, and AI ecosystem.

Two days later, on September 18, we're a Business Partner at the PLAA Business Partner Exhibit Show at Rivers Casino, connecting with legal administrators and business partners from across the Pittsburgh legal community.

Different rooms, same message: AI built to turn document-intensive legal work into consistent, scalable work product you can review fast and trust.

Stop by either one and say hello.

Thanks to Pittsburgh Robotics Network for organizing RADD.

Every legal AI tool has its own way of structuring and presenting the work, which means attorneys first have to figure out how to review the output. And reviewing is fast only when you already know where things belong.

A familiar format lets you go straight to the parts that carry risk. An unfamiliar one has to be read end to end before you can tell whether something is missing, because nothing about its structure tells you what should have been there.

That gap can decide whether the software gets opened on the next matter.

That's why we've focused on encoding each firm's own workflows, playbooks, and standards into Squary.

Seeing that translate into 80%+ adoption at a 40-attorney firm has been one of the most validating signals for what we're building.

We're excited to welcome Adam N. Quatrini, Esq. Co-Managing Partner at Quatrini Law Group, to Squary's Board of Directors.

Attorney Quatrini represents injured workers and disabled individuals across Western and Central Pennsylvania.

In his capacity as co-managing partner of the Quatrini Law Group, as well as his 10 years in the trenches of high volume, document intensive litigation, Attorney Quatrini has developed the knowledge and insight of the tools which plaintiff firms must have to perform top quality legal work as well as compete in the marketplace. Attorney Quatrini’s knowledge and experience are exactly the kind of skill set the Squary team needs as we build AI that produces a work product which legal teams can safely and accurately rely on.

Accuracy matters. Customization matters. Traceability matters. Trusted results matter. And to achieve these outcomes there is no substitute than partnering with the law firms which do this work, day in and day out.

Welcome aboard, Adam.

Great spending time with legal administrators and firm leaders at ALA this week in Cleveland. Honest conversations about where AI delivers real value in legal operations, and where it still falls short.

Legal administrators are on the front line of AI adoption. You're the ones evaluating tools, managing the rollout, and making sure technology integrates into actual workflows. The questions were sharp, and the appetite for verifiable, legal-specific AI is unmistakable.

Special thanks to our client Schneider Bell for joining us and sharing their experience with Squary in production. Your team's feedback directly shapes what we build.

Great connecting with Tom Clause, Venera Ilievska, Chris Metzler, Andrew Gross, and so many others from the Cleveland legal community: teams from Ogletree, Gallagher Sharp, Taft Law, Benesch Law, McDonald Hopkins, Hahn Law, Lewis Brisbois, Frantz Ward, RALaw, BDB Law, Thompson Hine, MDWCG, and MYSBLaw.

Accuracy matters. Traceability matters. Trust matters.

Most tools hit a wall long before your workflow does.

Ask for a structured output table from a standard AI assistant and you'll get a few hundred rows at most. Fine for a demo. Not fine when you're staring at a 300-page RFP with thousands of compliance requirements, or sifting through thousands of documents in a due diligence review.

Squary routinely produces 5,000+ row structured tables as working outputs. Compliance matrices for large RFPs, mapping each requirement to a response, a source citation, and a compliance status. Due diligence document classifications spanning thousands of files, organized into review-ready tables so attorneys move straight to the substance instead of spending hours sorting.

The difference isn't the underlying model. It's how the work is orchestrated.

Standard tools are limited to whatever a single model call can return. Squary controls the full ex*****on framework. We break large jobs into component steps, run them across multiple calls with state tracking, and assemble the results into one coherent output. The ceiling becomes the problem itself, not the tool.

For teams handling high-volume document work, this isn't a nice-to-have. If your tool can't match the scale of the actual work in front of you, it's not saving time. It's just adding cleanup.

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us at Prestonwood Country Club for "AI for Law Firms: What You Need to Know."

We covered a lot of ground: from how to evaluate AI vendors (ask: "can every output be traced to a source?") to what's actually different this time with LLMs, to a live demo of document intelligence at scale. The questions from the room were sharp, and the appetite for verifiable, legal-specific AI in RTP is unmistakable.

Great connecting with Hunter Bruton, Parker Stowe Manning, Shauna Gibson, Fred Hutchison, Christian Long, Emma Watts, and everyone who made the conversation so lively.

We're establishing roots in the Research Triangle, and we left energized by the legal community here. Looking forward to the conversations ahead.

Yesterday at the Anvil Founder Showcase, our co-founder Justin Waltrip shared what we've been building at Squary AI.

If you run a mid-market law firm, you know the problem. Off-the-shelf tools like Copilot aren't reliable enough for legal work. BigLaw platforms like Harvey and Legora were built for firms with massive budgets. Neither fits.

Squary fills that gap. We build purpose-fit AI workflows (ex. timeline generation, memo drafting, due diligence) that produce consistent, citable work product you can review fast and trust. No prompt engineering. No technical expertise required. Usage-based pricing that matches where you are and scales as you grow.

Huge thanks to Max Polec and the Anvil community for building something special in Pittsburgh.

As we explore expansion opportunities across the UK and Canada, we've been speaking with legal and procurement professionals about where AI is delivering value and where it still falls short.

The feedback has been remarkably consistent:

Accuracy matters.
Traceability matters.
Trust matters.

AI that produces consistent, verifiable outputs that fit into existing workflows.

That's the future we're building at Squary. Looking forward to the conversations ahead.
