Meet Jillene Mayer, Quality Assurance Analyst at PAS Packaging. Approaching her two-year anniversary with us this September, Jill plays a critical role in ensuring that products leaving our facility meet the highest standards. From product quality assurance and handling returns to resolving shipping inquiries, her hands-on oversight guarantees our customers receive reliable products they can trust for their daily operations.

Jill joined PAS after many years in the medical field where she built a strong foundation in healthcare environments. Seeking a long-term home with room to grow, she brought her rigorous attention to detail directly to our QA team.

For Jill, the strength of the company comes down to the culture: "Everyone helps everyone. It doesn’t feel like you’re coming to work when you have a team like ours. I enjoy coming to work every day because the people make a huge difference in how you feel about your work life, and we have a great team at PAS."

Off the clock, Jill is deeply committed to supporting her community. She frequently volunteers and participates in 5K events for the Pat Clark Breast Cancer Foundation, and loves spending her free time with her daughter, her family, and her dogs.

PAS Packaging welcomes Ian Mackowiak to the team. In his new role as Account Manager, Ian will be supporting our accounts and focusing on client relationships. Ian joins PAS with a diverse sales background gained across multiple industries, including banking, recruiting, power tools, and perimeter security. Regardless of the field, his passion lies in connecting with clients and building long-lasting relationships. In his free time, Ian hits the slopes for snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.

PAS welcomes Jon Elslager, our new Director of E-Commerce & Systems, to the team. Jon will lead our digital commerce strategies and oversee platform integrations, utilizing his expertise in e-commerce and improving the customer experience end to end.

Jon brings over 10 years of experience to PAS, a sharp technical acumen, and hands-on knowledge of implementing BigCommerce and Acumatica platforms. He will play a key role in guiding our ongoing migration to the Acumatica platform.

Jon is no stranger to our operations—he previously collaborated with PAS during his time at American Eagle, where he also led their migration to BigCommerce.

Outside of work, Jon is active in community theatre, a passion he shares with his three kids (ages 3, 6, and 10). He is also an avid Dungeons & Dragons player.
