With pleasure, we share this customer's feedback on the GROM VLine VL2 system LEX5VL2, installed in a 2006 Toyota Prius. Even if your Toyota Prius does not have factory NAV, it still will work if the stereo has an LCD display.

This is the first part of our complete car sound upgrade project. We upgraded the sound in the 2002 Lexus LX 470 with a Mark Levinson sound system. We used the Amplinq Amplifier retrofit interface, our custom speaker adapters, rings, and connectors, and the aftermarket speakers and tweeters.

In this video, we demonstrate how the VLine VL2 system, installed in the Acura TL 2009-2011 with factory navigation, works with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as the original car stereo.

You can also see how to operate the VLine VL2 system, how to access the VLine stereo mode in this vehicle, how to use FM and climate controls, as well as the factory backup camera, and some other VLine VL2 features.

The factory backup camera, climate controls, and FM radio will continue to work after the installation of the GROM VLine VL2 system into your vehicle.

The stereo must have a 7/8-inch MyLink/IntelliLink screen to be compatible with the GROM VLine VL2 system GM1VL2.
