The final days of December are a sprint. Your single goal is activation with clear, time-bound asks.
Use a tight sequence: a “few days left” email that restates the value proposition and impact, a Dec 30 reminder that is short and direct, and a Dec 31 morning message with a simple recap and a strong “give now before midnight” call to action.
Add any year-end incentives, then close the loop by thanking donors and pointing to the mission ahead.
