Beigebox is amazing! Our iMac was on its last leg, and we were convinced there was very little hope. My wife was sick over the loss of family photos. Emilio was not at all intimidated with the problem, and he is a mac wizard in my book. Fast service as well. I will never walk into another Apple store again for technical help.
