Commercial Printer looking for a Prepress Specialist / Digital Press Operator. JOB DUTIES: Typesetting & updating client-provided art for proofing, Imposing art for CYMK digital printing and spot color plating using automated & manual processes, Troubleshoot provided artwork and designs to complete prepress production, Operate & manage a CMYK digital press.

Please note: This is not a “design” position; however, a graphic design/layout skillset is necessary for typesetting and updating/augmenting client art (fonts, spacing, colors, stock art, etc.).

PROGRAMS USED: Both Mac OS and Windows systems, QuarkXpress 2018, Adobe Creative Cloud (latest versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro [Print production features]), EFI Fiery Impose, EFI Fiery Command Workstation, Microsoft Office.

THIS IS NOT A WORK-FROM-HOME POSITION. Part-time to start with full-time opportunities available for the right person. Hours of business operation are 8 AM to 4 PM.

Commercial printing company in Pleasant View looking for a Finishing & Shipping Associate. $14/hr, roughly 30-35 hours per week on a schedule, benefits available after 6 months. Job duties include processing and finishing of printed orders using automated and manual production equipment (training provided), packaging and shipping orders, stocking supply shelves (must be able to lift heavier boxes to shoulder height), warehouse upkeep, and receiving/checking in deliveries. Must be a team player, hard worker and be able to complete tasks without constant supervision. Basic computer skills for machinery. Must have reliable transportation. Hours of business operation are 8a-4p.
