How much bass can you really get out of a relatively small tower?

I couldn't be happier with these speakers. I have them paired with an NAD integrated amplifier I bought in 1989 when I graduated college and the combination of the 2 brings me joy! It's the 1st time I have built speakers and the 1st time for doing veneer. It was an incredibly fun project and the results were fantastic. The speakers sound spectacular, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable option for audiophile-quality bookshelf speakers.
