For those affected by the service outage in Prophetstown, Tampico, and Springhill, we have completed repairs on our end and are currently awaiting the internet provider responsible for this area to finish their portion of the work. Their team arrived on-site at 4:30 PM and is actively repairing the section we do not have direct access to.

The Strada team is coordinating closely with the third party to expedite the repair. While we typically have full access to our fiber network, this small section requires crossing a river, which necessitated relying on a third-party provider. We had planned to establish a backup access point for this fiber in June, but unfortunately, the outage occurred before this improvement could be implemented.

The provider has estimated that repairs will be completed within two hours. Should this timeline change, we will provide prompt updates. Our team remains on-site to monitor progress and keep you informed until the repair is fully resolved.

Due to delays in another construction area, we’re able to shift additional focus and resources to Tampico and are now ready to begin scheduling site assessments.

Our construction crews have been moving quickly, and we anticipate being able to get customers online later this summer!
