What an amazing experience touring Valerie’s House with Paige!

We had the honor of meeting so many of the incredible people behind the operations, marketing, community outreach, and support that make this organization what it is. Hearing more about their mission and seeing firsthand the heart that goes into serving families in our community truly touched our heartstrings.

At the Creative Growth Guild, we believe that collaboration is about so much more than business. It’s about using our skills, connections, and resources to help organizations doing meaningful work create an even greater impact.

Restocked Homestead.Market yesterday and what a morning! I finally met Crystal, the owner of The Confection Crew, and bought a yummy bar of dubai chocolate! I had a chance to chat with Theresa Estel, which is always a joy. And then who walked in? 3 of our favorite people - Christal, Dylan & Lex of Creative Growth Guild and BuzzBard DM!! I love that a simple errand turned into nice conversations, which was a great start to my day!!

Now back to baking...this week we are looking at 15 batches of baked treats, 3 freeze dried proteins and 1 doggie cake!! 😴

A MESSAGE FROM THE BARD & THE MAVEN

ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNERS: Please stop handing over ownership of your Google Business Profile to another business or marketing company.

Your Google Business Profile is a major digital asset for your business. YOU should be the one creating it, verifying it, and maintaining primary ownership and control.

A marketing company can absolutely help you optimize, manage, update, and grow your profile but they should be added with the appropriate access. They should not be the only ones holding the keys.

Why does this matter?

Your Google presence affects how customers find you, call you, get directions, read your reviews, and learn about your business.

If you end a relationship with a marketing company, change agencies, or bring your marketing in-house, you should never have to fight to regain control of your own profile.

Business Rule:
Own your digital assets. Give access, don’t give away control.

The Bard & The Maven are officially adding another character to the story, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Justin, our new Executive Assistant, aka “The Steward!”

Every great vision needs someone behind the scenes who can bring order to the chaos, structure to the vision, and keep the mission moving forward. That’s exactly what Justin brings to the table.

As The Steward, he’ll be helping support The Bard & The Maven, keeping the details organized, protecting priorities, strengthening our systems, communicating behind the scenes, and helping us continue building everything we’ve envisioned for BuzzBard Digital Marketing & The Creative Growth Guild.

And if you know us… you KNOW we couldn’t just give him a normal introduction. He needed a character, a title, some fantasy, a red moon, a wolf, and apparently an entire gothic castle.

Justin is already proving to be a fantastic addition to our team, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
