Uv Printer is back in business! Lessons learned. Print heads wear out and are only good for a certain amount of use no matter how good you maintain them. From now on, two spare heads and cables in stock all the time.

With the implementation of 3D Textured UV printed patches being an option, the demand has been incredible!

This is now a permanent patch option for all designs. Will come in as a premium with a $2/hat upcharge due to the extra time to run the 5-6 extras passes to gain the effect.

Another announcement is a slight raise in cost for TOP GRAIN real leather as our premium engraved patche choice. Our tannery has had a price increase and to retain consistency and the high level of quality expected, real leather patches are now a Premium selection, coming in with a $2/patch add on cost.

Flat UV prints and Lonestar Leatherette will remain as our base choices, offering beautiful quality at no additional cost to your wholesale orders!

PVC patches remain as they have, our Ultimate patch choice and also the only one that requires a minimum of 50 pieces per color and a 4-6 week lead time for production. These remain at $4/patch as an upgrade.
