First and foremost, any work I complete I guarantee. Technology can be complex and sometimes an issue won't be resolved the first session. I will not overcharge for time not spent directly solving your problem. I offer tech help at almost every level. I work with software, hardware, windows pc, apple mac, mobile devices, videogame consoles, smart devices, routers, wifi and internet connectivity, a

nd just about anything regarding consumer level tech. I am also willing to educate users on usage and maintenance of their own devices and technology if requested, and provide consultation for businesses needing information technology or loss prevention assistance or service. I have worked with computers and gaming my whole life and have been in the Information Technology Industry for over 5 years, worked in the Loss Prevention and CCTV Industry for 2 years, and have done customer service for over 10 years. In today's world we have to accept the fact that technology is an ever growing part of our every day function, but sometimes it can be an overwhelming prospect. My specialty is translating the sometimes impenetrable language of the world of technology to people who aren't as savvy and allowing them to take better control of their technology and their lives. If it can be fixed, I can fix it.

And yet another new scam.
If you all haven't already been made aware there are easy target scam opportunities that are taking the form of "job opportunities" here on facebook.
I was browsing the job listings and there seem to be plenty that seem legitimate, so why not apply?
Out of curiosity I applied for a job that, if I am being honest, seemed too good to be true (the first red flag).
The next red flag was that I was messaged at around 3am by, not a company affiliate, but an individual.
I requested more info on the job and the company associated with the job and the individual just kept dodging the question and insisting that in order to proceed with anything I would need to provide all of my personal information. The final red flag.
The individual for my situation has been reported and the job listing flagged, but there are literally hundreds of these listings, some seem too good to pass up.
But that is just another tool of the liar.
deception, diversion, acceleration.
Don't be rushed into something by your own desires or by an individual opportunity/individual.
Keep yourself protected.

I know it has been a while, but I have a public service announcement.
Apparently one of the new phishing scams coming around is from the "Mcaffee Team" and I want everyone to be sure to check and double-check the sender of all emails you receive to ensure that they are in fact who they claim to be.
Also, do not doubt yourself. If you are sure you did not spend money on something and you get a notice that you have, immediately contact your financial institution and inform them of the situation.

Hey! I find that scam and fraud attempts are prolific in this day and age.
You don't have to become a victim to these horrid attempts, and if you think you have been taken advantage of, reach out to somebody!
These people will tell you not to involve anyone else, but how are they going to know?
If you think you are being targeted contact the authorities, shoot me a message, or visit one of these links.
Informing yourself is key to avoiding these scams. Stay safe!
