I am a 3 time cancer survivor who just refuses to ever give in. I have fibromyalgia and other health issues. It all can be a bit much some days. I let you all know this, not for sympathy, but so you understand some days my turn around time differs. It can be 2 weeks or 2 days, it all depends on how many orders are in my book, and how I am feeling on any given day. I truly appreciate all of you amazing family, friends, and clients for understanding this. Now business stuff: Non refundable deposit is required in advance for all customized/personalized purchases. Work will not be initiated on your purchase until the deposit and/or invoice is paid in full. Hands to Home Custom Creations is not responsible for delayed delivery due to non-payment. All invoices that are unpaid after 7 business days will be canceled and items will need to be reordered. Hand to Home Custom Creations is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the USPS, or any other parcel carrier. Shipping insurance is suggested. Shipping costs will be added to the price of your item. USPS tracking is available on all shipped orders. Normal turn around time for any purchase is approximately 2 weeks. Design policy: First 2 proofs to the original design is free. Additional changes after that will incur a recreation fee.
