FLYING POINT MOVING PICTURES is a small, personal video production company, headed by Writer/Director, Deb Rodney. There is an overabundance of information streaming from the web, so it is important to capture attention through images that tell a compelling story. Deb has written and directed video in the Caribbean where she lived for over ten years. She created a Tourism Channel for Karib Cable and produced television programs in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Antigua. She worked in Guyana for the advertising company, GuyEnterprise creating television spots and a five-part documentary on HIV/AIDS for a Global Fund project. Now back in Oregon, she has created video projects for Cracked Pots; the Glean project for Metro, Recology and Cracked Pots; Amy Livingstone, visionary artist; Rebecca Singer, shamanic healer; Touch Positive Oregon; In other Words, Feminist Community Center; ten individual therapists at Opening to Life and others. Deb has worked as a communications consultant and has written many produced plays and five children’s books on social and environmental issues. Check out some of our video projects.
