With more than 20 years of experience in product development, Jimi Fosdick, CST, PMP, ACP has worked in a wide range of industries, including publishing, software, advertising, financial services and the public sector. As a Certified Scrum Trainer and Project Management Professional (PMP), he conducts wildly popular, interactive, “full-immersion” public and private Agile and Scrum workshops around
the world each year, helping organizations surface dysfunction and improve processes through Scrum and Agile practices. Since becoming a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2008, Jimi has certified more than 2000 Scrum Masters and Product Owners and his public and private workshop participants have a 100% pass rate on both the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master exam and PMI’s Agile Certified Practitioner exam. Jimi also spends a lot of his time leading large-scale Agile transformations at the world’s leading companies. Before founding Fearless Agility, LLC, Jimi spent 10 years advocating Agile approaches to project management, first as a Program Manager and, later, as a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile coach for several of the industry’s leading Agile companies. Jimi has coached and trained numerous tech industry leaders, including Intel, Microsoft, Oracle and Electronic Arts, several financial services companies, including American Express, Credit Suisse and Mercedes Benz Financial Services, as well as some of the largest organizations in media & entertainment, aerospace, insurance and the public sector. Prior to dedicating his life to Agile evangelism and facilitation, Jimi spent a decade working in various capacities in software, from sales to development to senior management. Jimi is also dual certified by the Project Management Institute as a PMP and Agile Certified Practitioner and received his MBA in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
