BWS is looking for a full-time Front Desk Associate/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, has great organizational skills, and can thrive working solo and with a team.

What you'll be doing:
Greeting/assisting customers that come through our front door
Answering and directing calls
Creating & following up on tickets
Assisting with project/ticket management
Managing inventory
Assisting with office management, cleanliness, work flow and organization

Our ideal team member is:

Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Has the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
A true team player who is proactive willing to jump in and help
Has a passion for serving others

40-45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm
