We’re aware that some customers are experiencing issues streaming on YouTube right now. This is not related to Noize service it appears to be a nationwide issue on YouTube’s end, as confirmed by reports on DownDetector

Everything else on our network is running normally. We’ll keep an eye on it, but things should return to normal once YouTube resolves the issue.

2/26/2025 - 8:45 AM - we have been able to bring up the entire network on a secondary connection. The fiber crew continues to work on the issue with the primary connection. During this time you may continue to have some issues such as slower than normal service. We appreciate your patience and we continue to work through the issue. We will update you again with more information as we have it.

February 26, 2026 - we are aware of the service outage across the network. We are working with our fiber provider to resolve the situation. They cannot provide us with a specific time when service will be restored but we hope it will be quickly, before 8 AM. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience.

There is nothing you need to do at this time, when service is restored we will send another notification. Please DO NOT factory reset your WiFi router! Service will be automatically restored.
