Zelda preorder update from Bitjump:

• Pro Controllers have arrived, and all controllers from this shipment have been fulfilled. Shipping confirmations and tracking numbers have been sent. Remaining open preorders are still pending, with no confirmed restock date.

• Carrying Cases are here, with enough for all preorders plus extra stock. If your case is on an order with a controller that’s still pending, we’re holding it to ship together. Contact us to arrange separate shipping if you’d prefer your case sooner.

• Ocarina of Time stock is scheduled to arrive by Thursday, November 5. We expect to ship preorders by that day. All copies will have standard, non-foil covers.

• The Zelda Switch 2 Console remains unavailable through our store.

You can cancel a pending controller preorder at any time for a full refund.

Read the full update and cancellation instructions through the link in our bio. For help with your order, email [email protected].

Thank you for your patience while we work through the remaining preorders.

Our distributor has shared updates about Ocarina of Time and the Zelda 40th Anniversary products (read full blog post here: https://bitjumpgames.com/blogs/news/important-update-on-zelda-preorders-availability-packaging-and-arrival-times):

• Ocarina of Time: We were originally told our copies would include the textured foil cover. Our distributor has now informed us that Nintendo is supplying standard, non-foil covers through distribution instead.
• Zelda 40th Anniversary Pro Controller: We have enough confirmed to fulfill approximately two-thirds of preorders. We’re still waiting for confirmation on the remaining third.
• Zelda 40th Anniversary Carrying Case: These are expected at our distributor on October 28 and will arrive at Bitjump afterward. We don’t yet have a confirmed arrival date for our store.
• Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 Console: We currently do not expect to receive any.

We know these changes are disappointing, especially if the foil cover or anniversary designs were the reason you ordered.

Affected customers who choose to cancel will receive a full refund. You can cancel through your customer account on our website, email [email protected] with your order number, or reply to your original order confirmation email requesting cancellation.

We’re sorry for the disappointment and uncertainty. Thank you for your patience and for supporting Bitjump.
