I'm seeking answers on how escalate my business the right way. I'm already paying people on the side to do part of the work.
If its not a sign that I'm growing so I just don't know what else it is! My customers are primarily foreigners running business in the united states.
I sell websites and digital marketing solutions. As well I'm training small company owners so they can run their own ads and save money while keeping the ads on.
I'd like to switch my approach to something more like a startup and then get an angel investor funding it. Thoughts?

I appreciate your time checking my profile,
Over the last 4 years, I successfully finished 1 year long Advanced English Classes. As well another Business Career Program that includes important business majors such as College Accounting, Financial Services, and Digital Marketing with a 3.75 GPA.
Previous experiences:
I learned desktop software programming, HTML, web design and graphic design back in 2000's during my Computer's Professional Program at SENAI.
1- In 2001, I got hired as an intern at the local SENAI unit and that was a great time for me because I was able to attend all the classes for free and I greatly enhanced my skills.
2- Later I worked for 3 different schools teaching mostly the following technologies:
Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Borland Delphi, Local Networks and Computers Repairs and Maintenance.
3- In 2002 I opened my own little store/office on the side and I was known as an IT generalist, offering a hand-full of services such as web designer, graphics designer, desktop support expert and instructor.
That led me to strongly develop my skills on the following technologies:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash (Animate), HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL.
4- In 2008-2009 I've worked for a website called Negocio Feito, and alone I made over 200 websites for business in the area and also negotiate, sold and coded an entirely online system for the State's Conservatory and many more notable projects.
Mid-2019 Update:
Thank you for contacting guys. I’m preferably working as a contractor now. We are three people and two others are getting in soon. Our project manager is a Bostonian Software Engineer. Our Graphics Designer is a Norwell lady with a solid portfolio. I’m on the back writing some code. If you think that it’s an interesting conversation we can definitely schedule a call.
