Electrician saying the panel needs to be replaced - is this true?

An electrician rerouting a circuit mentioned that this panel is old and needs to be replaced. I'm not too familiar with how much this would normally cost so I thought I'd ask you fine gentlemen/gentleladies. What do really think? They quoted $3,500 for the work.

As power demand goes up power quality goes down. This causes voltages to increase and become unstable creating what..?? That’s RIGHT MORE HEAT within the utility Grid…

With Ambient Temperatures currently already getting close to the Electrical manufacturers designed operating temperature limits of the service equipment there’s just not much room for designed temperature rise. The Electrical Equipment just can’t handle the loads without total destruction of this equipment that brings the power ⚡️💡🔌 to our homes.

Temporary Blackouts are the only way to save this said equipment from becoming a more permanent Blackout due to Grid Equipment Failures.

Pick Your POISON ☠️ this only gets worse. (Because we are not AI 🤖 artificially, intelligent enough to re-create OHMS LAW Volts = Current X’s Resistance) Period 🔥🥵
