FTC, Farmers Telecommunications Cooperative, was formed in 1954, to bring its communities a reliable telephone connection. FTC is the largest member-owned telecommunications cooperative in the state of Alabama, serving thousands of homes and businesses. We have a tradition of developing new ways to connect in order to expand our horizons and build a better life for our families and communities.

Today's campers got an inside look at several teams across FTC, from helping install business phones to watching fiber splicing during an internet install. We even spent time in the garage learning from Danny about the vehicles, equipment, and responsibilities that help keep FTC moving.

Another day of learning, exploring, and getting hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry! 🙌

Services, and learned about inventory in the Warehouse! We got lots of smiles and waves from FTC

Yesterday's adventures included riding along with our Security Team, seeing surveillance cameras installed, and getting a firsthand look at an internet installation! 📹🌐

Throughout the week, campers will explore careers in IT, Accounting, Marketing, Customer Service, and more as they experience the telecommunications industry from the inside.

We can't wait to see what day 2 brings! 🚀
