Customer service is NOT just fulfilling the order or providing the paid-for service...it is the experience that you give each person who interacts with your brand that helps get them closer to the solution you are offering.

Psst...I'll put you on to a little secret:
DONE is better than PERFECT when you have STRATEGY behind your brand.

I won't go into paragraphs about why strategy is so important but I will urge you to STOP focusing on "pretty" perfected brand imaging and dig deep into your brand story, messaging and the strategy for attracting and converting your market. It matters.

Client: Kim, do I REALLY need a "signature offer"? 🙄

Me: YES! In the service industry, you'll risk failing without one!

A Signature Offer is simply the one core offer/service that you have mastered that yields the results your market desperately needs.

Without a Signature Offer:

(1) you lose clients/customers because they don't necessarily know the best way to work with you to get that life-changing result that they've been praying for,

(2) you limit how far you can scale your business because you aren't known as a master of anything...just another brand offering a bunch of services,

(3) you cheat your clients/customers out of the upscale experience that they deserve to have while working with you, and

(4) you risk burnout from chasing your market vs. attracting them organically.

You don't want that for yourself or your brand. (And neither do I.)

You have what it takes to be successful...you just have to put some strategy behind it to make it work!

Heyyy, Goal-Friend!!

I absolutely LOVE hearing my clients call me with their "I WAS ABOUT TO QUIT MY JOB" victory stories. It is such a good feeling knowing that I've been able to connect with people and help them level up in that way.

HOWEVER...

I need to stress to you (just like I stress to my clients) to not be so quick to let go of your job if you haven't made sure that you're set up for success!

So many people get fixated on leaving their 9-5 to be an "entrepreneur", but their business is not properly branded. This means, they are not reaching their ideal client, giving the best experience to their existing clients, reaching the levels that they need to reach to be continuously successful, and ultimately they are not bringing in all of the MULAH that they could be!

Oftentimes, hastily leaving a 9-5 to work solely in a business that is not properly branded leaves the entrepreneur overworked, overwhelmed, and SEVERELY underpaid. This blend of stress usually results in him/her returning to the work force regretfully.

Don't let this be you!

Ready to leave your 9-5 to work on your OWN brand? That's awesome! Just make sure your brand is set up for SUCCESS before you do it!
