When you've invested money into a digital ad campaign (whether Facebook, Instagram, or NextDoor, like in this case), it pays to have a design professional create your ad content! A designer will know how to align your content with your branding to create brand cohesion and recognition. They'll also know how to arrange any kind of visual content to be attractive and easy-to-understand. ⁠

In this ad for Shook Sisters Realty, I used their logo, brand colors, and decorative elements that tie into their website, all to create a cohesive brand experience that makes them easily recognizable!

Shepherd's Society Branding in the wild! (The wild in this case being my kitchen counter). The leadership of Shepherd's Society applied the branding I designed to these gorgeous black drink tumblers, and I cannot get over how cool they look!

Designing a brand is one thing, but applying that branding and seeing it come to life in the real world is THE BEST.

Branding created for Shepherd's Society at Capital Community Church in Raleigh, a discipleship group for men who may feel called to pastoral ministry.

This logo was fun to build because it combined a simple, iconographic style with elements alluding to a woodcut, classical look (i.e. the pages, the slight shadow marks on the shepherd's crooks); an interesting style to play with!

Also, this logo reminded me of the mega importance of custom-kerning. Those letters did NOT look so beautifully spaced when I first typed them out, kerning makes such a huge difference!
