This 45-minute webinar focuses on evaluating documents and projects that must be accessible. One of the hardest things to account for when responding to a client request or an RFP is understanding how accessibility will affect time and budget. Accessibility experts Chad Chelius, ADS and Dax Castro, ADS offer key questions and evaluation techniques for understanding how to spot roadblocks and time-trap items in your documents or projects when they must be WCAG, AODA, DDA or Section 508 Compliant. All attendees will leave with several accessibility handouts, including the Level of Effort Matrix Cheat Sheet. Our goal is to empower you with a greater understanding of how to evaluate their content and accurately account for the time it will take to create them.

ACCESSIBILITY PODCAST?? Dax Castro and I often talk about accessibility approaches, questions we get from those attending our conferences and posts that appear in the "PDF Accessibility" Facebook group. One day we thought "Man we should be recording this!" and THAT is how Chax Chat (Chad and Dax) was born. Today we officially launch our podcast creation and you can find the first three episodes on your favorite podcast channels like Spotify, iHeart Radio, Google Podcasts, Youtube and soon iTunes. Just search for Chax Chat. And true to our fundamental beliefs, we're also providing accessible transcripts of each episode that you can find on chaxchat.com. Some of the topics in the first three episodes include the use of multiple H1 tags, Foreign Language Codes, Adobe Color for colorblind friendly palettes and usability vs code compliance. "I was thinking how it would be nice to be able to quickly view the Covid-19 situation across the US. So I created this interactive map so you can click on a state and view the stats.
