Lots of calls coming in this week as your clients are stressed, stressing your staff and then stressing you. The news cycle is dark and we are covid fatigued. So focus on what you can control:
(1) drink water - we are so dehydrated and it is literally hurting your brain. Drink up!
(2) clean a closet, clean out a drawer, clean out your purse. It gives you a sense of accomplishment.
(3) close your eyes, take a deep breathe (counting to 4) and release counting to 4. Do this at least once an hour. Encourage your staff and clients to join you.
(4) Journal what you are grateful for each day ... it can be a simple as eating your lunch in peace for 10 minutes - but write it down. Make gratitude in your life louder than the stress.

And when all else fails, call a friend. We're here to listen.
