Headwaters Studio is looking for a motivated individual to join our production team. Duties would include quality control, order management and assisting production for both screen printing and embroidery.
No experience needed. Just a love for production, an eye for details and a passion for a hard days work. We will train you in for the rest.
Average hours would at around 20 hours per week as we go into the fall and winter. But will increase with summer production. Base pay starting at $17 per hour. This would be a great job for someone who also wants to pick up hours at RLM or downtown throughout the winter.
Week days would be a requirement, but we can be flexible on what days and hours.
Work environment is a bit loud, fast paced and can get hot. But the crew is chill, relaxed and pretty darn cool.
Worker should be comfortable around fast moving machines, lifting heavy boxes and have self awareness on the production floor.
As Headwaters Studio grows, we acknowledge that we do so on with the hard work and passion of our employees. Thusly this position could expand with both pay and hours.
