🔍 What's the secret to ramping up production?

Surprisingly, it's rest. 😴

You might think that to increase production, you need to work harder. 💪

But working harder doesn't always mean more productivity. 🚫

Sure, in the short run, you might boost your workload to up production.

But let's face it, that's not sustainable. 🏃‍♂️💨

Our bodies aren't designed for non-stop work, seven days a week, 365 days a year. 📆

We need rest to recharge. 🛌

So, how can you integrate rest into your work schedule effectively? 🤔

(1) Planned Days Off 📅
Allocate specific days each week for rest.
Most of us take the weekend, but if that doesn't work for you, pick any day that suits you.

Just make sure it's set in stone as your rest day. 🌴

(2) Communicate Your Schedule 🗣️
Inform your clients about your days off and your working hours.
Setting boundaries isn't just okay; it's essential.
And if someone can't respect your boundaries, it's a big red flag. 🚩

(3) Be Realistic 🧐
Set realistic goals for what you can achieve in a given time.

Take my case, for example.
My profile says I can develop a Webflow website in six weeks or less.
It sounds ambitious, right? 🏗️

But, I know my limits.

A simple 3-5 page site? Sure, that's doable in 3-4 weeks with quick feedback.
More complex sites? That needs a clear, honest conversation with clients about realistic timelines. ⏳

Remember:
Overpromising leads to failure. ❌
You risk burnout at the end of a rushed project. 🔥
No time for marketing means no new clients lined up. 📉

(4) Limit the Number of Clients You Book at One Time 🚦
A great strategy to avoid burnout is to limit your client intake.
For instance, I book only four clients a month.
It sounds like a lot, but considering project delays and feedback loops, I'm often actively working on 2-3 projects at any given time.
This limit ensures I get the rest I need to stay productive. 💡

🤝 How have you seen rest increase your productivity?

People don’t give second chances online
You have 3 seconds to look credible
Or they’re gone

A slow load time
Cluttered layout
Confusing message

That’s all it takes to lose trust
And with it—your next sale
Bad first impressions don’t just lose traffic
They lose belief

And once someone doubts your business
You rarely get them back

A good site doesn’t just earn clicks
It earns confidence
A bad website isn’t neutral
It’s negative

Have you ever left a website within seconds because something felt off?

Are you listening instead of assuming? 👂

Most businesses assume they know their customers. 🤷‍♂️

But have you asked them directly? 💬

Here are 3 easy ways to dig deeper:

• Conduct short interviews with past clients. 🎙️
• Use polls or surveys to ask questions. 📊
• Analyze reviews and feedback in your industry. 📝

Your customers are telling you what they want.

Listen, don’t assume! 👂

Ever feel like your marketing is falling flat? 🤔

You might be talking to the wrong people. 🚫

Understanding your ideal customer is the key to connecting. 💡

Here’s how to start:

• Define their biggest problem. 🔍
• Understand what keeps them up at night. 🌙
• Know their goals better than they do. 🎯

It’s not about selling.

It’s about solving. 🤝

Are you speaking to the people you can help the most?

Great websites aren’t lucky
They’re built with intention

If your site isn’t converting
It’s not because you need more colors

It’s because something wasn’t built with purpose

Which of these steps do you think is easiest to overlook?
• Starting with strategy
• Mapping with wireframes
• Writing for action
• Launching with a plan

07/22/2025

Launch day isn’t the finish line
It’s the starting point

Most people launch a site
Then… nothing

No plan for promotion
No system for testing
No follow-up for leads

A good site deserves a rollout
With a funnel
With tracking
With follow-through

What’s one thing you wish you had done differently after your last website launch?

07/21/2025

A homepage is not a canvas
It’s a map

Before you jump into visuals
Lay out the flow

Wireframes strip away the noise
And force decisions

What belongs
What doesn’t
What drives action

If you skip this step
You’re not designing
You’re decorating

Do you wireframe your projects before moving into visuals?

Stop guessing who your ideal customer is and do this instead! 🚫🔍

Understanding your ideal customer isn’t about assumptions.

It’s about clarity.

Here’s how to get started:

✅ Dive into your data.
Look at who is buying your product or service.
Where do they come from? What do they value?

✅ Listen to feedback.
Your customers are telling you what they need.
Are you really hearing them?

✅ Build a profile.
Age, interests, challenges, goals.
Put it all together into a clear picture.

When you truly know your customer, you don’t sell.
You solve problems.

Ready to connect with the people who need you most?

The design might pull them in
But the copy is what makes them stay

Words aren’t just filling space
They’re guiding decisions

Good copy is clear, not clever
It talks like your customer
And answers their questions before they ask

Most websites don’t need more pages
They need fewer words that do more work

Have you ever made a decision because a site’s copy hit the right note?

07/17/2025

The most important part of a website project isn’t the homepage
It’s the first conversation

Before you talk about colors or buttons
You need to talk about goals

Who’s visiting the site
What do they need to see
And what should they do next

Skip those questions
And you’ll end up with a beautiful site that misses the mark

Do you ask strategy questions before building anything new?

07/16/2025

Have you ever written down your ideal customer? 📝

Not just vague ideas—write it ALL down:
• Age, occupation, and income. 💼
• Daily habits and favorite platforms. 📱
• Their biggest challenges and dreams. 🌟

A clear persona will make every marketing decision easier.

When was the last time you revisited yours? 🤔

Most website advice sounds helpful
Until it costs you growth

Have you heard these myths?

• One-page sites can carry your whole business
• Good design equals good branding
• SEO is something you do once
• Traffic alone means success

Each one sounds logical
But none hold up

Which of these myths did you believe at one point
And what changed your mind?

The right website doesn’t just look better
It performs better

That means clear messaging
Strategic design
Consistent SEO
And thoughtful navigation
