Meet our founder- Erik P Daniels, he has an Associate Degree in Media Integration Technology and an Associate Degree in Networking Technology. He is also a certified A+ IT Tech. He has experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (DOS Win 3.1, 95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11, and Windows server versions. Plus Unix/Linux and Apple OSs. He has experience with networking wired and wireless. He has training with Cisco networking equipment and Open Source networking equipment. Just a reminder to all of clients starting Monday 24th 2024 we will no longer be at 101 North Main St. we will be at 127 East 3rd Ave Red Springs. Our new shop at 127 East 3rd Ave is still being set up so until then we will be conducting service calls onsite, and pick up and drop off repairs. Our numbers are still the same 910-843-8192 and 910-229-1534 give us a call to schedule an onsite service call, or schedule a pick up for repair, and call to schedule a time to drop off your computer for repair at 127 East 3rd Ave Red Springs NC. We will moving from our 101 North Main St location to our original location at 127 East 3rd Ave Red Springs NC. This week will be our last week at our 101 N Main St location. However it will take some time to get our 127 East 3rd Ave location ready until then we will be offering mobile services: such as service calls, pick up and drop off services. We will pick up your computer fix it and return it to you. We are in talks with some local businesses to host drop off places so you can drop off your computer at one of these locations and we will pick it up from there and repair it for you. Plus you can always drop off your computers at our 127 East 3rd Ave location for repair our shop there isn’t finished but one of us will be there most days getting it ready. Of course our phone numbers will stay up and remain the same 910-843-8192 and 910-229-1534. Free feel to call us at anytime and to schedule a repair service.

We are still open at our 101 North Main st location. The building is for sale but we are still here operating as normal. I know a few clients were unsure, so I hope this clears up any confusion.
