Experience: 1+ Years Computer: Knowledge of Mac and PC (Required)
Education: High School Diploma/GED Driver’s License: Required w/reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ideal candidates possesses great communication skills and pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service. He/she will thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and embrace challenging tasks. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills.
Job Duties:
• Providing hardware and software installation support for end users.
• Configuration, setup and maintenance of Mac and PC desktops, laptops, tablets, end user accounts, phone and email.
• Manage backup systems (onsite backup as well as off-site backup).
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of small business network environments.
• Documentation of operation procedures and workflows.
• Maintenance and repair of technology and network equipment.
• Ability to train staff on Technology concepts and equipment.
• Must be comfortable with client interactions/consulting.
• Must be motivated to learn new concepts as technology changes.
• Must have the ability to follow problems through to the end with attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times while at work.
